As far as making it mobile friendly? there are tons of online "app creating" sites that will make it "mobile". If you choose to have a website uploaded to a server and use it as an every day site for basic daily traffic you really cant go wrong here.Just remember to secure your server (an encrypted server set up by a professional is something I have always recommended. And quite frankly had enough layout templates to Get your site to look unique.
